Because of being close to the nature since her childhood, Ting-jhen is particularly interested in the changes of mountains, rivers, and seas. Her themes of creation are also centered on natural scenery. As the time continues to advance, some in the world are changing, and some are overlapping, covering, and spreading indefinitely. On the axis of life, what is the most original look, the real appearance? Faced with this surreal world, Jhang, Ting-jhen explores the familiarity, strangeness, normality, and irrationality of the natural scene with through realistic techniques and simple pictures, and then observes her own heart to discover the essential meaning of life. Life is like Nature, and Jhang, Ting-jhen breathes with the ripples, penetrates through layers of mist to gradually realize herself. When self-perception and external experience are combined and precipitated, the thoughts will become clearer and the heart stronger.
