Born in Taipei, Taiwan in 1982, Yeh, Jhuwan graduated from the Department of Art and Design, College of Humanities and Arts, National Taipei University of Education.
She is an art creator and also an art educator. Her very being is to serve art. ” Via art, we share the happiness as well as the beauty in our eyes and our hearts; this visual language is the tool we adopt to portray the magnificence in this world.
YEH’s art from natural and my art-education opinion with people talk about their culture, life-experience and environment. “The materials applied to my artworks are as follows: Xuan paper, glue paste made of flour and water, linen and cotton fabric, ink and white paint powder made of shells. I paint the nature and I hope my artworks are created with natural organic ingredients. To me, this is my way to show my respect to earth and nature.”
