1. Do I need to sign up to make a purchase?
You’re not required to sign up. However, by signing up as a MinColors member, you will save time filling in your shipping information during checking out each time.

2. How do I order?
After finding your favorite artwork to collect, simply click “Order” on the product page, and the system will direct you to your order form and procced to complete your purchase.

3. How do I use the Inquiry function?
If you find the artwork showing “Inquiry” instead of a set price, it means that the price of the artwork is not public. To know its sale price, simply click on the “Inquiry” button. You may fill in your contact information, budgets, and other information that you would like us to know. Our agents will contact you as soon as possible after receiving your inquiry form.

4. Will there be any discounts?
Currently, we do not provide any additional discounts unless a special promotion is offered.

5. How long will it take to deliver?
To ensure the quality of the work, we require at least 3-5 business days to confirm the condition of the artwork with the artist. Then, we are able to provide you with your estimated shipment time. The arrival time, however will vary depending on the complexity of the shipping process as well as your distance as our agent will update you with your shipping details. You’re more than welcomed to reach us to inquire an update.

6. What are your return policies?
All purchase on MinColors comes with a 7-day trial. If you are not satisfied with the artwork, you may ship the artwork back to us in its original package. Please notice that before sending the artwork, make sure to email us - and include your order number, your name, phone number, and a reason of return. We do not accept any returns without notifications.
When returning the artwork, the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost and will need to return the receipts along with the artwork. To respect the artist and their artwork, we strongly advise you to choose a reliable delivery method to insure the safety of the artwork during shipment. We do not accept any damaged artworks. After receiving your return form and artwork, we will proceed to your full refund within 10 business days.
